Returns, Refunds & Product Protection Policy

At CloudAnimeStudio, we’re committed to providing high‑quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please review the policy below carefully to understand our returns, cancellations, and optional Product Protection coverage.


30‑Day Return Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and inserts must be included
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or approved with a partial refund at our discretion.


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery
  • Return requests submitted after the 30‑day return window

How to Start a Return

    Email support@cloudanimestudio.com within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization.

  2. Return Authorization Required
    Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

  3. Return Shipping

    • Return shipping is free for eligible returns

  4. Inspection & Processing
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval (depending on your payment provider)

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 10% apply to returned items to cover transaction, handling, and administrative costs where applicable.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • A cancellation fee of 10% apply to cover processing and transaction costs
  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipment has begun

Exceptions

Products Shipped in Error

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact support@cloudanimestudio.com immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Customer‑Provided Address

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a full refund. A partial refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.


Product Protection (Loss, Theft & Non‑Delivery Coverage)

We offer optional Product Protection at checkout to protect your order from delivery‑related issues that may occur outside of our standard 30‑day return policy.

Product Protection is designed solely to cover missing, lost, or stolen packages after shipment.


What Product Protection Covers

✅ Lost in Transit
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier and not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a replacement or refund, subject to availability.

✅ Stolen After Delivery
If tracking shows your package as delivered but it was stolen from your delivery location, Product Protection may cover a replacement or refund following claim review.

✅ Missing or Non‑Delivered Packages
If your order never arrives and is confirmed missing, Product Protection ensures coverage.


What Product Protection Does NOT Cover

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Any returns covered under the 30‑day return policy
  • Damage after delivery caused by customer handling or environmental exposure
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages delayed but still within normal carrier delivery windows
  • Packages detained, delayed, or confiscated by customs
  • Indirect or consequential losses

How to File a Product Protection Claim

To submit a claim, contact support@cloudanimestudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Carrier tracking information
  • Supporting documentation, if applicable

Claim Timeframes:

  • Lost or missing packages: Within 7 days of expected delivery
  • Stolen packages: Within 7 days of delivery confirmation
  • Theft claims may require a police report or report number

All claims are reviewed before approval.


Resolution

If your Product Protection claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to availability
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued
