Delivery

  • For items in stock: Normally, it will take 1-5 days to process the order after the order is placed. 
  • We are committed to delivering your package on time, but please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as address errors, customs issues, holidays, or peak shipping periods may cause delays. Our team will work diligently to minimize any disruptions and ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding should any delays occur.
  • Please note that some products may be packaged separately to protect them from damages. This is done to ensure that items with different sizes, weights, or fragility levels are handled appropriately during transit. By packaging items separately, we can provide better protection and reduce the risk of damage, ensuring that your products arrive in perfect condition. Additionally, this approach allows us to optimize shipping methods and costs, ultimately providing you with a more reliable and efficient delivery service.
  • Oversized Products: Some products measuring over 12 inches are classified as oversized. Due to specialized packaging and shipping requirements for these larger items, shipping and delivery may take an extended period, typically between 15-30 days from the date the order is placed.

That's why we offer Product Protection to safeguard your precious collectibles against loss, damage, or theft during transit. By adding Product Protection at checkout, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your figures are protected.

What Product Protection Covers

  • Loss: If your package is lost in transit and not delivered within a reasonable timeframe (as determined by the carrier), we will provide a replacement, subject to availability. If the exact figure is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
  • Damage: If your product arrives damaged (e.g., broken parts, paint damage, crushed box), we will provide a replacement, subject to availability. If the exact figure is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
  • Theft: If your package is marked as delivered but is stolen from your delivery location, we will provide a replacement, subject to availability. If the exact figure is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.

What Product Protection Does NOT Cover

  • Damage due to improper handling by the customer after delivery (e.g., dropping the product, improper display).
  • Damage due to environmental factors after delivery (e.g., exposure to extreme heat or sunlight).
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Packages detained or confiscated by customs.
  • "Buyer's remorse" or any other reason for return or replacement that is not directly related to loss, damage, or theft during transit.
  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Minor box damage that does not affect the product itself.
  • Incorrect item purchases. This includes instances where a customer orders the wrong product, size, or variation.

How to File a Claim

  1. Contact Us: Notify us of the loss within 30 days of the expected delivery date, or notify us of damage or theft within 7 days of delivery. You can contact us via email at support@cloudanimestudio.com.
  2. Provide Information: You will need to provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear supporting evidence:
    • For damage: Photos of the damaged product.
    • For theft: A police report or a copy of the report.
  3. Claim Review: We will review your claim and determine eligibility.
  4. Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost, subject to availability. If a direct replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund.

Refunds

  • The cost of Product Protection is non-refundable.
