Based on the classic Russian game "Durak," Blaze transforms traditional gameplay with a unique twist—you'll team up with the player two seats away from you, creating a fascinating web of temporary partnerships that change throughout the game.
Challenge the player to your left by playing cards of matching value, forcing them to respond with the same or higher value of the same suit. Their partner may come to their aid, playing matching cards to help them out of a tight spot. As new card values enter play, the game evolves with each turn, keeping everyone engaged and on their toes.
When the deck is depleted, the real competition begins! Players race to shed their remaining cards, collecting valuable feathers as rewards. But be warned—yesterday's ally might become today's rival as positions shift. With gorgeous artwork by Nadezhda Mikryukova and quick 20-minute gameplay, Blaze offers a refreshing take on traditional card games that's accessible yet deeply strategic.
