Originally settled by Native Americans (the Pimuvit or Pimugnans), Catalina Island is 22 miles long, eight miles wide and located 22 miles southwest of Los Angeles (and can be reached by ferry from Newport Beach, Dana Point or San Pedro, CA). This hand-drawn, custom and ORIGINAL illustrated map is the result of a year-long collaborative partnership between Xplorer Maps and the Catalina Island Conservancy.
