What Product Protection Covers
- Loss: If your package is lost in transit and not delivered within a reasonable timeframe (as determined by the carrier), we will provide a replacement, subject to availability. If the exact product is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
- Damage: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken parts, paint damage, crushed box), we will provide a replacement, subject to availability. If the exact figure is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
- Theft: If your package is marked as delivered but is stolen from your delivery location, we will provide a replacement, subject to availability. If the exact figure is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
What Product Protection Does NOT Cover
- Damage due to improper handling by the customer after delivery (e.g., dropping the product, improper display).
- Damage due to environmental factors after delivery (e.g., exposure to extreme heat or sunlight).
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Packages detained or confiscated by customs.
- "Buyer's remorse" or any other reason for return or replacement that is not directly related to loss, damage, or theft during transit.
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Minor package damage that does not affect the product itself.
How to File a Claim
- Contact Us: Notify us of the loss within 30 days of the expected delivery date, or notify us of damage or theft within 7 days of delivery. You can contact us via email at ceo@cloudanimestudio.com.

Provide Information: You will need to provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear supporting evidence:
- For damage: Photos of the damaged figure and packaging.
- For theft: A police report or a copy of the report.
- Claim Review: We will review your claim and determine eligibility.
- Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement figure to you at no additional cost, subject to availability. If a direct replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
