- Stolen: within 7 days of delivery confirmation (Theft claims may require a police report.)

Approved claims receive a replacement or refund/store credit if replacement is unavailable.
Return Window: 30 days from delivery
Condition: Unused, undamaged, original packaging
Shipping: Free return shipping on eligible items
Restocking Fee: 10% restocking fee applies
